He is a certified Scaled Agile Framework’s SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and also works with programs & organizations with adoption and coaching on Business, Technical and Release Agility required for Software Delivery. At present, Vaibhav is working as Director of Software Engineering with Mastercard in the Cross Border Payments domain and is based out of Pune in India
