Sudip is a well-known Strategic Leader in the Digital industry, with over 23 years of experience in Digital Strategy and Transformation, Agile, Business Analytics, Business Process Consulting, Operational Excellence, Automation Programs, and IT Advisory Services across global MNCs. He has worked for some of the biggest Organizations in the world, namely: IBM, Ericsson, Wipro, Mars Foods, Williams Lea Tag, etc.

In his current role as the founder of a new-age tech start-up, Sudip is developing Predictive Analytics and AI/ML solutions for client’s business needs. Further, he has also been leading Digital Transformation programs for some of the largest global companies.

His expertise lies in effectively developing and implementing digital strategies, coaching and mentoring employees, and managing transformation programs for organizations to deliver multimillion-dollar revenue increases.

Sudip participates in various world-class global seminars and events as a distinguished speaker; and showcases Organisations' turn-around and success stories on those global platforms (e.g., Lean Digital Summit Paris, Turkey Lean Summit, APO Japan, InfoQ, Global Agile events, etc.).

Sudip graduated in Computer Science and did his post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in Digital Transformation.
