Soumya has an overall experience of 18+ years in the field of IT Advisory services. He is an Associate Director in a leading Consulting Services firm. As a certified SAFe Program Consultant, he has been leading the Agile competency with a focus to scale Agile at an Enterprise level across client organizations as deemed fit both for domestic and international sectors.He is also a certified CMMI Associate.

He has played different roles of an Agile Change Agent, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Project Manager & PMO in his career. He has been the guest speaker conducting sessions on ‘Leading Digital Transformation’ and ‘Leveraging Design Thinking Principles’ for a full time elite batch of regular MBA students for the premier XLRI Institute. As part of the Enterprise Agility, he has conducted both internal and external trainings, workshops educating the Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Client & Internal Leadership and Project Teams on embracing the Lean Agile Mindset, DevOps culture and adopting Agile methodologies to gear up for an Enterprise wide Transformation
