Durba has experience: 27+ years of overall industry experience – 24+ being in TCS, with roles ranging from delivery management, client management to process consultancy. Currently, she is a member of the core team driving various enterprise agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
She started her career in Academics at NIT Durgapur. She has worked for 2 years as Delivery Head for Cyber Solutions, setting up their offshore Delivery Center at Bangalore. Most of her professional career has been in TCS, with a break in service between Jan 1997 – July 2006.
Her current role at TCS is Enterprise Agile Coach and core team member of Agile Initiative Network. In her current role, she has facilitated multiple sessions, both for Leadership and Delivery teams, on various topics related to the Enterprise Agile transformation journey in TCS and received Golden Guru award for the various sessions conducted.
