Session Overview
In this session, Dhruv is going to highlight how when the business situation, customer needs and macro environment radically changed, within a moment, there was a tearing need for the HR function to respond. The demand was to reorient the mind-set of the team and to redesign the HR framework so as to make HR relevant and impactful in the new paradigm. At this time, the Agile methodology was leveraged as a management philosophy to drive change within the HR function and to build a wide array of HR solutions for the business. Over the last 18 months, they have transformed the positioning of HR in the organisation and also the way we look at HR’s role in the organisation.
