Contemporary day HR professionals have to wear many hats – from recruiting and adapting talent to developing and maintaining corporate policies, in keeping with the Organization Vision and Business Impact. The workforce is changing, so is the working environment – this means, we seek the HR and People functions to be fast, flexible and frictionless – Be Agile.

Review committee and the process are headed by the Conference Chairperson and led by the reviewers facilitating the review process.
Reviewers are responsible to assess the session proposals came through the call for proposal system, and shortlist the best ones as per the review process. Conference Chair is responsible for defining the final program through exercising a formal consensus with the reviewers.
